We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Research Assistant to play a pivotal role in a cutting-edge project aimed at understanding how technology is implemented in Norwegian and international contexts in collaboration with the international project Open Implementation.
This opportunity was funded by the University of Oslo in collaboration with the Engagelab. It is relevant for a recent graduate with experience or interest in entrepreneurship, educational technology, or innovation. The opportunity might also be relevant for graduate students looking for a chance to develop their thesis while contributing to a project with significant impact.
Project Overview
Our project, focusing on leveraging research-based programs in education at scale, aims to develop innovative solutions for the widespread implementation of educational innovations. By co-developing research instruments, conducting interviews with key stakeholders in the Norwegian education sector, and analyzing the results, we aim to inform a strategic vision for departmental growth through innovation and research.
What You Will Do
- Co-develop a research instrument and sampling plan to learn about key sector stakeholders.
- Set up and conduct insightful interviews.
- Analyze data to contribute to a white paper that will guide our strategic direction.
What We Offer
